DEVIL'S HUMP RED ALE

ABV 4.9 IBU 25. This red ale has a light malt flavor, with a subtle sweetness and a mild hop finish. It’s made with Marris Otter English, Caramel, Crystal, Munich and Melanoidin malts, wheat and Willamette hops.

STRAWBERRY WHEAT

ABV 5.0 IBU 18. Our classic wheat ale infused with the essence of strawberries. It has great fruit sweetness, but retains the nice balance from the full-bodied wheat ale.

DITCH PARROT WHEAT ALE

5 ABV 18 IBU. A bright, refreshing American Wheat Ale, brewed with a touch of orange peel to give it a slight citrus character. Named after an old slang term for a pheasant!

STRANGE HAZE IPA

ABV 7.4 IBU 45 We added late additions of Mosaic and Zythos hops showcasing the pineapple, tropical fruit and citrus hop character from these varieties. The body is light, bitterness is low, but the hop flavor and aroma are definitely prominent. Oh yea, and – it’s hazy!

POCKET COWBOY MEXICAN LAGER

ABV 4.7 IBU 19. Pocket Cowboy is a Mexican style lager using flaked maize in the malt, the perfect amount of noble hops for a crisp bite, and a simple easy to grab name. This beer is light, tasty, and pairs great with Taco Tuesday.

DARK LAGER

5.1 ABV 22 IBU. A malt forward beer with notes of roast and chocolate, but with an easy going, clean finish. This lager has the malty notes you want during the colder months, but is really approachable and doesn't pack a ton of alcohol like some other fall/ winter offerings.

THE AMERICAN "CREAM"

5 ABV 18 IBU. This is a light, easy drinking, crisp beer. Light in color with slight malt notes, and light hop aroma- brewed to be approachable and a perfect lawnmower beer.

HIGHLANDER SCOTCH ALE

7.5 ABV 24 IBU. Highlander Scotch Ale is big and bold with flavors of toffee, caramelized sugar, and just a slight hint of smoke. We use a bit of Beachwood Smoked malts to complement and accentuate the Montana-grown barley and a light sprinkling of Crystal hops to provide balanced flavors.

RASP"BEER"Y IPA

6.5 ABV 60 IBU. A West-Coast IPA brewed with Sabro and Mosaic hops, and finished with Raspberry puree. It has a pronounced tropical and citrus hop presence, with an obvious but not overpowering raspberry flavor.

THE HATCH IPA

ABV 6.5 IBU 67. Our brewing crew spent some time fishing for a new recipe and hooked into this awesome CLEAR and HOPPY new school IPA. The Hatch floated into reality using Amarillo and El Dorado hops along with locally grown Montana malts. This beer is slightly dank with bursts of melon, citrus, and peach tasting notes. And yes, it’s as clear as a trout filled mountain stream!

TAPROOM IPA: ID-158

6.3 ABV 50 IBU. The next round of our taproom IPA series- and this one has another new experimental hop. This is a variety out of Wilder, ID currently called ID-158 or otherwise known as "experimental PINK Hops"- these hops are super unique because they combine flavors of citrus AND stone fruit with subtle hints of honey and vanilla. As usual, we brew a West-Coast Style IPA to really feature the hop variety.

WINTER WARMER

5.7 ABV 27 IBU. Let’s cozy up beside the fire with our seasonal Winter Warmer! This malt forward brown ale has been spiced up with orange peel, nutmeg, a pinch of ginger, and a hint of cloves. Slightly sweet, slightly spicy, slightly malty, and completely festive.

HUCK HARD TEA

ABV 5. This hard iced tea is non-carbonated, low alcohol and refreshing! With flavors of black tea, huckleberry, and just a touch of sweetness- you’ll find yourself reaching for this unique beverage all summer long! Available in cans and six-packs ONLY at the Highlander Missoula taproom for a limited time!
