DEVIL'S HUMP RED ALE
ABV 4.9 IBU 25. This red ale has a light malt flavor, with a subtle sweetness and a mild hop finish. It’s made with Marris Otter English, Caramel, Crystal, Munich and Melanoidin malts, wheat and Willamette hops.
STRAWBERRY WHEAT
ABV 5.0 IBU 18. Our classic wheat ale infused with the essence of strawberries. It has great fruit sweetness, but retains the nice balance from the full-bodied wheat ale.
RICE LAGER
4.6 ABV 20 IBU. This easy, drinking lager is brewed with barley and rice, which makes this lager super crisp and refreshing with a light body.
STRANGE HAZE IPA
ABV 7.4 IBU 45 We added late additions of Mosaic and Zythos hops showcasing the pineapple, tropical fruit and citrus hop character from these varieties. The body is light, bitterness is low, but the hop flavor and aroma are definitely prominent. Oh yea, and – it’s hazy!
POCKET COWBOY MEXICAN LAGER
ABV 4.7 IBU 19. Pocket Cowboy is a Mexican style lager using flaked maize in the malt, the perfect amount of noble hops for a crisp bite, and a simple easy to grab name. This beer is light, tasty, and pairs great with Taco Tuesday.
PEAKS TO PRAIRIES BOCK
5.9 ABV 24 IBU. A traditional malty German-style lager, but brewed with local Montana Craft Malt. It has a strong bready malt character, toasty aroma, and a deep copper color. A perfect lager for a cold Montana day.
HIGHLANDER "LITE" LAGER
4.2 ABV 10 IBU. Highlander Lite is a traditional American Light Lager brewed to be super clean, easy drinking, and very crushable.
HIGHLANDER SCOTCH ALE
7.5 ABV 24 IBU. Highlander Scotch Ale is big and bold with flavors of toffee, caramelized sugar, and just a slight hint of smoke. We use a bit of Beachwood Smoked malts to complement and accentuate the Montana-grown barley and a light sprinkling of Crystal hops to provide balanced flavors.
PINEAPPLE IPA
ABV 6.6 IBU 60. A West-Coast Style IPA brewed with Azaca and Zythos hops and finished with pineapple puree making this IPA super fruity and tropical!
THE HATCH IPA
ABV 6.5 IBU 67. Our brewing crew spent some time fishing for a new recipe and hooked into this awesome CLEAR and HOPPY new school IPA. The Hatch floated into reality using Amarillo and El Dorado hops along with locally grown Montana malts. This beer is slightly dank with bursts of melon, citrus, and peach tasting notes. And yes, it’s as clear as a trout filled mountain stream!
TAPROOM IPA: KRUSH
6.8 ABV 50 IBU. Another addition to our Taproom IPA series, this one brewed with Krush hops, which is a new variety released in 2024. This hop features strong citrus, tropical, and berry flavors and profiles. This hop has been an experimental variety for 17 years, before finally being released as a commercial product. We are super excited to have been able to brew with it and try it on tap!
GUAVASAURUS KETTLE SOUR
4.4 ABV 12 IBU. The Guavasaurus is a kettle sour made with lactobacillus, and guava puree’. It's tart, slightly sweet, with lemon, and noticeable guava flavors and aromas!
