1 hour class for $10.00 plus your first beer for just $2!

Typically this is a Vinyasa style flow aka fast flow yoga, but there will be a variety of styles that we will explore! No matter what style each class is beginner or experienced friendly, everyBODY and everyone is welcome! Using a gentle teaching style, I aim to make this class comfortable for all levels. Come and enjoy the music, sunshine, amazing pizza and beer from Highlander Brewing and an Electric Flow!
